So I dropped in the 52" 1600lb spring rate leafs (5 leaf packs) from General Spring and they ride great. I also put new bump stops in.

The issue is the RS5325 shocks don't have anywhere near enough travel. I sit at 24-1/4" hub to fender in the back and the shocks reach their limit stops before I can get much flex.

Any advice on what shock to look for? Thinking 255/70 bilsteins but need to know what size. Anyone have experience?

You could measure how much travel you'll need - measure the distance to the bump-stop while the truck is sitting. Then jack the rear up and measure how much droop you have. Add the two, and add another inch or two to compensate for error and bump-stop compression.
11-13" travel sounds like a lot.

I'd do as mentioned above. Measure full droop and compressed. Then find a shock with the appropriate amount of travel. I'm running bilsteins on my truck using the stock upper mount.
