So I took the perfectly good running 5.3 our of my 07 canyon and decided to put in LQ9 6.0 with torqstorm supercharger. I am having huge issues with fuel pressure. The injectors are FIC 795's, and I have changed the pump to Deatschwerks 400 LPH pump in the tank, 6an lines to new fuel filter to aeromotive boost referenced fuel pressure regulator. When I accelerate hard, fuel pressure drops like a rock, below 20.

I am running racetronix wiring harness to fuel pump. When I data log I am getting voltage drop to about 12.4 volts under hard acceleration. Is the voltage my problem?

Been a while so I thought I should update this. The new alternator helps greatly with voltage, stays at 14, but the pressure still dropped. The problem was the fuel pump was sucking the factory pump "housing" dry. I drilled holes around the plastic cup and no more problems. Dropped the truck off to new tuner recently and seems like she is going to be good to go. Picking the truck back up tomorrow.
