215/60-16 is 26.2" tall
215/75-15 is 27.7" tall

The 1.5" differences in diameter will not drop your truck by 1.5". You will net a 3/4" drop (radius).

It is 5.6% smaller making your speedometer read just under 6% faster.
It will be a lot more responsive off the line though!

Fender wells full of tires/wheels look better (to me) than lots of space between the fender and tire.

275/60/15 would look way cool.

Cool, just making sure I didn't misunderstand the post. He never actually said what tire size he has, it was my assumption that '75's' meant 215/75-15. I'm usually wrong, but that's the best I could do with the info. provided. :)
