So a few days ago my wife tells me the left front blinker in the 'Rado is out. So I say Ok, I'll go grab some bulbs tomorrow. Anywho I do so, however when I went to unlock the truck to install them... I notice that both bulbs light up when I hit the unlock..

So the bulbs will work for the "Lock/Unlock" blink, but the DRL will not work niether will the blinker. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? The next thing I guess I'll check is the fuse box, but I can't imagine there is a fuse JUST for those two bulbs

There are two filaments in the bulb - try changing the bulb as one may be bad.

The DRL uses the low wattage filament. The turn uses the high wattage one.

And if you're cheap - just swap the bulbs from the non-drl light to the drl one. I think that will work as they use the same bulb. The non-drl socket is just missing one wire and connector.
