So I am having issues with the running tail light on the right hand side. I was blowing fuses so I took it apart and found one wire was all frayed at the tail light bulb socket. So I got a replacement harness, checked my fuses again and nothing. Not blowing fuses anymore but still have the tail light issue. Where else should I check for problems.

Bump any suggestions for stuff to test?

do you have a test light. you can check for power back at the light and the fuse. if you dont have a test light go to any parts store and get one. only a few dollers.:drinking28:

Ya I got one wasn't sure if there any areas to check specifically that have a tendency to burn up or short out besides the tail light harness itself

be sure to check where the two sides connect if you were to add trailer lights. Under the bed drivers side by the spare. (possibly need to drop the spare) run the test light there.
