we have been here for a few days now and these are the pics i have so far

the outide of a temmple. it was built in 3500bc. thats 5,500 years ago.

the entrance. the safalting is there to keep the rocks from coming down.

this is inside the temple where they sacrificed animals and poured their blood in the hole to purify the land.

this is a room right across from the sacrificing room.

went a small boat ride going in and out of caves along the edge of the island.

Brought me back to 1966 . Norfolk to viet nam stopped in Malta . I seem to remember no beaches with sand , just rocks to the water.
