I looked at the manual Jeremy and yes it does. Are you mainly talking about loading an image for a background?

Yes it does that. But it only keeps one picture at a time.

Yup you can set a personal picture as the background as stated above.

I'm wanting one that will play back by navigation on my phone on the screen. Do you know if this one does that? Do any really do that? Got a iPhone 5 and use the verizon navigator app.

I don't own an iphone..but pioneer and apple are hand in hand.

i never owned the correct wire to have it transfer video from the phone to the radio screen... but i know if you have that wire you can watch movies that are on your phone. Im not sure if maps will be shown. But i think it has some kind of app mode. so my guess is that it does.

EDIT: yeah the wire un4giv3n posted above is the one im talking about.

No navigation or bluetooth. You can buy the accessory that enables bluetooth, but honestly you're probably better off buying one that has it built-in.
