Piston(?) wobble

I have my wheel off right now chasing a small clank that I hear over bumps and can feel lightly through the floor and gas peddle. I noticed the, what I assume to be, piston has some wobble to it. It isn't much, maybe 1 or 2 mm, and it clanks when I move it by hand. Is this normal?
