I'll have to go on the maybe+family list as well. Company is sending me to Chicago that week and return date is unknown right now. There is a new-ish BJ's Brewhouse location near Beaverton/Hillsboro and over in Tualatin is both a Famous Dave's and Claim Jumper which I consider pricey but tasty. If you want a more "local flavor" type place, there is a spot called Primetime Sports Bar in Forest Grove which I'm a fan of that has really amazing variety of food for a tad less $/plate than the chain spots. All have a lot of parking.
The Cabela's in Tualatin is near the joints I mentioned & opens mid-September for those interested in that sort of store.

Luckily I'll be down there that weekend. My wife is running the Portland marathon on Sunday. So we should be able to make it work.
