I have a question regarding a cracked manifold. I think I might have one with this truck. I did my spark plugs a while back and then ran it kind of hard. Then it started ticking. It's consistent with RPM and that makes me feel like it's not a lifter. Because oil pressure would increase the lifter would swell or the slack would come out of it. I can hear it from outside the truck and I hear it more from the passenger side. I'm going to try and get a video up here so you guys can hear it. Any input is awesome. Thanks all!

Clean your top end with seafoam (and clean the TB while you're at it for good measure). When it starts pumping smoke, look for it to come out your heat shield instead of your exhaust tip.
Heat shield = cracked manifold.
Typical issue for our trucks.
