Thanks for the reply. I have a Z85 4x4 w/ runs with TBs so I'm guessing (more like hoping...) that I would just crank the TBs maybe an inch or 2" and then mount the tires to see if it clears.....at least that's my plan.

The problem that is holding me is that if I pull the trigger and buy them and then don't work it's going to be a pain to return these things, especially if bough on the web....

You should be fine on 31's if you crank it about an inch and a half, I am on 32,s on my Z71, cranked about 2.5 inches, give or take. I rubbed the rear of the front wheel wells but a little trimming fixed that.

I have almost the exact same setup as you minus the add a leaf and BJ flip.
Im now curious if I could clear 285/75/16 if I ran a wheel with a negative offset.

For how cheap it is to get the add a leaf and ball joint flip, I would just get those first. $42 for the flip and $37 for the add a leaf. We'll worth it too.

Wheels and Tires (Very obvious which is which in pictures)

16x8.5" 18mm offset MB Chaos 6 w/ 265/75R16 BFGoodrich Mud Terrain KM2's
18x9" 25mm offset KC Addict w/ 285/60R18 Nitto Terra Grapplers

Suspension/Drivetrain

Readylift Hummer H3 Torsion Keys (2.5" crank)
SuspensionMaxx Lift Shackles (2")
Upper Ball Joint Flip
Thicker CV Boots (I'm not willing to lower an aluminum diff)
I've also done some very discreet fender trimming. I can run my KM2's (~32x10.5" equivalent) anywhere, with or without my swaybar connected and not rub. I can run my Terra Grapplers (~32x11.5" equivalent) with no rub on the street with the swaybar connected, though they'll very slightly graze the rear of the fender while wheeling (not even hard enough to make me remotely concerned).

Edit: Cab mount and swaybar clearance with the 285/60R18 Terra Grapplers on level ground (suspension not articulated).

I like this grill guard, where can I get one?
