My rear passenger window don’t go down, used to. When I click the button and it makes a sound, but i don’t know if it’s the motor or a relay.

Typical on these trucks for the motor to die. I just replaced the driver door regulator assembly on my 2004 for the second time.

Give that window a shake pull up push down with the switch in the appropriate direction some times they develop a dead spot in the motor and that can get them moving again. The motors can be disassembled and cleaned to to get them running for a while. New window motors are not that expensive. There should be posts up on cleaning and replacements on here.
