A couple of other things, BCM related.
1. Does your truck have the factory tow option?
2. Are all of the rear lights working (tail, stop, hazard and back-up)?

Trying to eliminate having to do some of the voltage checks.

Well cart, you’ve done it again. Put the factory radio in and it starts right up. Pretty sure this chime module is the problem…
