Took the camera out yesterday for some randomness, all shot with my D7100 and sigma 18-35mm f/1.8.. was going for a washed out vintagey film sorta look

Great imagery!

How are you liking that Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8? The bokeh looks a tad busy when there's trees in the background.

I absolutely love it, it would be even better if it extended beyond 35mm, but then it would probably wouldn't be a 1.8. I was looking for a new fast wide angle lens. My old tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 was just too soft overall, especially in the corners..

The build quality of the lens is superb and the image quality is even better, it's super sharp wide open (sharper than it's canon or nikon equivalents even) and stopped down is beyond sharp  The bokeh does look a little busy, but I don't find it too distracting

jesus those images are sharp.

No tripod I assume?
tack sharp! i believe they were all shot wide open and they were all hand held
