Need to remove the ved of my truck due to fuel leak, my notch frame while its off too

Anyways rather than get a bunch of people to help lift it off, how much doea the bed weigh, and are the tie down brackets strong enough i could use a hoist to lift it off? Or will they rip out of the bed?

I would imagine that the tie down loops are plenty strong enough. I've seen guys with S10s use engine cranes or ratchet straps wrapped around rafters plenty of times. Can't say I've seen it with a Colorado, but the beds probably weigh about the same. If you're worried, pop the tailgate off to reduce weight as much as possible.

I user the fore end tie down loops to pull a piano up some ramps into the truck with a comealong. One of them bend just slightly but no welds cracked.

A engine hoist will be just fine if you don't have help, those hooks will be fine as well.
