I hate to see this. I have these exact lights going in the truck this weekend. I've used 3m super silicone with a syringe on the seam and waxed them. I'm not going to be pleased that if after all that a tab breaks on them.DRL popped out again....

Busted clip...

On my DRL's the plastic spring clip never seemed to latch securely. A little nudge and they'd pop out. This time, I took a small square file and cut a sharp edge in them to help them latch better. Then I doubled-up with a big ole glob of silicone. They ain't popping out again.I hate to see this. I have these exact lights going in the truck this weekend. Do you have any suggestions on how to prevent this from happening Rshadd? I recently put DRL covers in, and they are a tight fit. I may hold off on installing the DRL covers to keep pressure off the DRL lights.
Edit: I noticed the adjuster did not seal to the lights very tight. for better or worse I've put silicone around the whole mechanism.
