So my front end shit out on me the last time the other week. And I'm going to sas on half ton Chevy axle. With the same bolt pattern as ours around a 78 model. I do have questions. I'm planning on running 37-38s with a lil room to off-road, so how much and what kind of leafs should I use? And what all parts am I going to need to do the sas. Wanting to buy most of the parts before I start it.

With 1/2 ton springs it's going to ride rougher but it doesn't bother me even when I dailyed it.

Those half ton leafs won't flex unless u use 52" springs. I'd say use yota springs. I would if I'd do it again. The rear 1/2 tons are fine.

I thought it was the 2wd everyone used. That's what I have.
