No, it won't work on manuals. The oil is too thick and there is no way to pump it through the cooler. It would work as an engine oil cooler but you would need to find some way to tap into the oil supply, probably using a sandwich adapter on the oil filter.

It would probably work best as a power steering cooler, especially if you're turning bigger tires.
