I just finished installing my 3" spindle lift. It had shackles in the back with different settings. I used the highest setting and I still have a slight rake to the front in the stance of the truck. I was about to order a set of 1" Belltech coil spacers. My question is, would I need a longer than factory shock? I am still running factory shocks right now.

There's no need to run longer struts I'm the front. Adding the spacer preloads (if I'm correct) the spring and gives you the extra height. I for example am running the 2.5" ax coil spacer as well at the 5" CST spindles currently on stock struts
