I have a 2008 Colorado Crew Cab 2x4 3.7.

My truck started to stall when I am slowly coming to a stop. It doesnt do it all the time but enough to cause concern.
The truck will immediately start back up once it turns off. The truck does not stall if I stop aggressively just if I kinda coast to a stop.

I have already gave it a complete tune up and cleaned out the throttle body and mass meter.
I read somewhere the CAM Positioning solenoid might be the cause. I ordered one today.
Any other suggestions?

When the actuator malfunctions, the engine gets no signal for idling speed and stops working. Clogged or restricted EGR Valve: If your EGR valve is clogged, dirty, or defective it can cause your car to stall, idle erratically, or sputter, depending on whether it is stuck open or closed.

I replaced the cam positioning sensor today. I drove it around for quite a bit and it looked like the issue finally went away.
Unfortunately I came to a slow stop and it died on me again. I immediately turned it back on and continued to drive.
Not sure in what direction to go now as it doesn't throw a CEL.
Anyone else experience this or has a suggestion on how to fix it?
