The last few months, every time I fill up, my truck wont start on the first try, it hesitates and I'll wait a sec, then try it again, and cranks on the first try. Anyone else have this problem??

Possibly developing a venting problem. Do you have problems filling too, or just a rough start. The first link seems like it describes your symptom. The second is more about overflowing.

Just fill it until the nozzle clicks off. Topping off can result in cel and costly repairs.

@08Canyon Don't have problems filling up, just cranking after I do, it sounds like its starving for fuel, but after it cranks, I don't have any problems.

I think the first link has information unrelated to spilling over. I scanned through the first page just as a check.

Do you have troubles starting the truck if you wait the same amount of time as a fillup? For example, do you ever shut the truck off and restart 2 minutes later (or whatever is a similar time to your fueling? That will help indicate if you have a sensor issue or if it's fuel system related.

It will not eliminate a fuel supply or pressure issue though.

Purge valve solved my problem when my truck was doing that.
