I am trying to pinpoint a rattle underneath my 2009 Colorado LT (Z85). I’ve taken a video, but can’t upload it directly on here? hopefully you guys can help me.

I have a sneaking suspicion that it is a heat shield that is loose, but everything feels firm.

what do you guys think?

Also, first time posting so sorry if I posted in the wrong section.

I had a rattle at slow speeds or when I hit a bump. It turned out to be the hood hinge bolts. Give those a tighten and see. (Tip, tighten with the hood down and come from the back, and watch the glass).

Try the body and bed mounting bolts. You didn't say how many miles you have but they get rusty and make weird noises. Take em out one at a time, I used Lithium Grease to lube em up and put them back. Totally stopped a number of squeaks and weird thunks.
And Welcome to the Nation . . .
