still working on the truck I replaced the cam and the crank sensors and truck fired up idled fine but backed out and in drive all hell breakes loose and runs like shit with a bad knock and keeps dying on me and won't idel but if it sits will fire up and idel fine

more and more its really pissing me off I think maybe it's time for a v8

I think there is some kind of cam or crank position relearn you have to do, but I could be wrong.

Truck needs a CASE relearn if both crank and cam sensors have been changed. It will not run properly without it.

If you can get your hands on a Tech 2 you can do the relearn yourself.
