Says you can't have both but I saw a truck (otos) that had both.

The skyjacker plate bolts into the holes that the factory skid plate was in. how come they say it doesn't work and how did the other guy get it to work. (I can't find the picture I saw before)

If it bolts into the existing spot you should be able to. Worst comes to worst - send it back.

Can you take a picture of the FRAME around the skidplate, like take the pic from the driverside looking at the pass side... I can tell you if the bullbar will fit.
