anyhow, its got a bumper that looks like the extreme bumper, but it seems to match the flares which look like regular flares

Because people are dumb and tasteless. Caddies today equate to ghetto cars. So to keep up with trends people try and be different, but popular by making a nice looking vehicle(colorado/silverado) ghetto as fuck.

i'm fairly sure its a photoshop. Look at the grill on the left.

However the bumper looks real.

Point taken... there is some clearance between the bumper and headlight on the passenger side that is not there for the driver side...

I think there is a cardomain with this on it, but not certain. The guy has several shots of the truck from different angles. Not saying it can't be several chops, but that would be a lot of work to impress people over the internet...
