the jtr looks pretty simple...but its just been sittin on my floor for almost 2 months

The JTR one is super simple to install, just cut the old brackets and bolt the new crossmember up...I believe the belltech one is just as simple.

Yup, they look basically the same but belltechs is over 300 bucks and jtr's is 150

The installation of the Belltech and JTR crossmembers are identical. Get whichever is cheaper.

No because the brackets hang down below the frame.
