i have a 2004 rado 3.5l z85 LS ext cab 4x4. smax lift 3" with 32" ATs. lloking into some 15" rims. i have 1.5" wheel spacers. rims are pacer 297B soft 8. 15x7 6x5.50 lug. backspacing 4.00 hub bore 108.71. offset + 0

They will stick out, a lot.

I run 4" BS soft 8's with 31x10.5x15's on a 15x8 rim - and with my z71 flares I still stick out 3/4" on each side.

You do not need spacers with 4" backspace wheels.

I'd estimate you stick out 1.5" minimum beyond the Z85 fender. I have a Z85 with around a 5" backspace and mine protrude noticeably. You're going to stick out an inch further than I do.
