I just looked at this post, very good idea to post it.

I do have one question, with the Canyon and Colorados, does GM still refer to the 2wd's as an S series, and the 4X4's as the T series, just like the old S-10's and 4X4 T-10's. I ask because the ledger on the schematics says "Colorado/Canyon S/T P.U. and Cab and Chassis". I was wondering if thats what the S/T stands for. It's not important just a curious question.

There is still at least some data available - Click on "BODY BUILDER MANUALS" at the top left of the page that opens when you click on the link. Then click on "LIGHT DUTY VEHICLES" around the middle right of the next page that opens. Then click on "LIGHT DUTY PRIOR TO 2013" near the bottom right of the next page that opens. On the next page, there are choices for the different years - click on the year that you are looking for, and you should be able to find some info for Colorados/Canyons.
