Im a 2wd 2006 z85. I have 2.5" Coil spacers and 3" shackles in the back. Im running 17x8 Cragar softs 8 wrapped in a 265/70/17. Here are some before and after pics

 

Did you by new rear shocks? If so what brand?

 

Here ya go, I'll play. I have a coil spacer in front and autozone shackles in teh rear. Ruuning 17" 32"s basically. 3" body lift on its way anyday now!

What size tire are you running?

 

they look good guys keep it up. i am lowered 4/5 and i am going to buy the cst 5" lift kit. cant wait!!!

 

My 1" spacers for my body lift just got here today. I wanted to get the spacers and not use hockey pucks, haha But that should be on this weekend or early next week. Future plans: 3" spindles and 2.5" add a leaf.

The rack is about a year old. I don't run it that much because we overbuilt it, It's heavy.

2009 Colorado Z85, 2.5 Velocity lift spacers, 1.75 in. home-made lift shackles (height was accidental.. was aiming for 1.5 in.), 17" KMC XD Hoss, 265/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers, all on a sesame seed bun.. Also have a bull bar with a couple of Hellas but haven't gotten a pic yet.. Sorry for crappy cell pics..

i am turnin my back on loweing the truck the 3/5 kit just came off and i am goin for 8in of lift on 33 12.50 20. my girl is so mad after i just got sum 18 titans and the loweing kit. now im goin to lift it :naughty: cant waight

 

is it possible to get 8in of all suspension lift on the collys and if you can can u clear 35s or is it just better to stick with 33s

 

yes, you can get 8 inches... Performance Accessories 3" Body lift plus the CST 5" lift (which is finally back on shelves again) - I have a difficult time swallowing spending and extra $400 bucks for one more inch, but to those who can, I say go for it. I envy you Z85 guys being able to snag that 5" in lift so cheap! Us 2wd Z71's gotta drop an extra $800+!!

I've got 33's fitting just fine under a 3" body lift with 2" rear shackles and my front end cranked up to level it off. The only time I rub is at full lock and that's because I swapped out my 33x12.50's on 15" rims for 305/55/20's (both are 33" tires) on 20s and the offset on the 20s pushed them in just a tad. Only time it's really a PIA is if I'm in a *really* tight parking lot or when I'm trying to squeeze the jetskis or my utility trailer into a tight window (I lose my ability to cut it really hard). The original 33's could turn all the way.

most of the trucks came with lockers. i wheel when i can but it is what it is. i'm not gona tackle rubicon.

Got a 2004 Chevrolet Colorado Z85 CC. only got the rear up so far, im a college kid with dad's truck. so it's going in stages. rear is up with Skyjacker AALs and Skyjacker Hydro 7000 shocks. i have a kit from Velocity Offroad that i've been waiting to put on. so i'll get pics asap guys and gals.
