-give your bank the VIN of my truck
-get pre approved for a loan
-I require a $1000.00 non refundable deposit (wire transfer or over night certified check)
-you and I both sign a contract saying the truck is sold as is with no warranty, you understand the truck is modified and assume full responsibility for any inspections or requirements your state or lender has about the vehicle.
-they write a certified bank check in the amount of $19,000.00 to me with the VIN in the memo area
-I deposit the check and wait for the funds to clear (3-5 business days)
-once the funds clear, I will overnight you the title so you can register and insure the truck and come pick it up in person, or
-you can hire an auto transport company to pick up the title and the truck, I will not be held responsible for the truck or title once it leaves my possession.
- I will leave insurance on the vehicle until you or your transport company take the vehicle.
:: All costs of transporting the vehicle are your responsibility, I will take detailed photos of the vehicle prior to it being picked up by you or the transportation company, including the odometer to ensure any damage or mileage that might occur in transport is the responsibility of the individual transporting.
:: if you back out after the deposit is received or it takes more than 10 business days for me to get the certified bank check, for whatever reason, you loose that deposit and I sell the truck to someone else.
