my 05 is the same way, always just figured it was just mine.

my best guess would probably be that the blower motor is under the glove box on the passenger side so maybe it has more power on the passenger side since it's closer. my wind shield seems to defog evenly but i honestly couldnt tell if it's weaker on the driver side or not. haven't thought to check. mine's an 04.

 

Same problem on my 04. Seems to have gotten worse over the years.

 

As the blower motor wears it probably slows down a bit.

 

I would look to see if the hose is following off or you lost something down the vent.

 

Mine does the same thing thought it was just me too lol.

It's not that it's weaker it just doesn't seem like it comes out of every spot on the driver side compared to the passenger side.
