You wouldn't get low balled as much if you listed what you were looking to get out of them. I don't say that to try and sound like a wise guy just giving you my personal experience from other forums. When you don't list a price you'll get low balled. It never fails. You can't really blame people though because the worst that you can say to their offer is no. Then on the chance the guy doesn't know what he has or what its worth says yes then they get an amazing deal.
