Ok guys I sat and figured out everything. Here is what the cover is made of its a welded aluminum frame and it will be covered with any color Weblon material the link is to a swatch card for the colors. http://www.herculite.com/Awning/Coastline Sample Card.pdf
My dads company will be making them and you can read about them at http://www.fostercustomawnings.com
It will be very easy to install, the cover will be assembled and shipped along with 4 c- clamps to fasten it to the inside of the bed. This will make it really easy to install and uninstall. This cover WILL NOT be 100% waterproof but it will keep most of the water out unless you poor water in the cracks. The bed itself is built with holes right by the cab so it isn't water proof either. I can make them to ways either bi-fold or non-folding. Shipping would be more on the non-folding one. So when you order what you get is a custom made welded aluminum frame already constructed and put together by hand and a custom made vinyl cover along with 4 c-clamps to secure it to the bed I put two tek screws because i rarely use my bed.
The payments will go as follows it will be half down (140.00) which will get your materials ordered and cover manufactured. The other half will be paid will be do when the cover is ready for shipping (140.00+shipping). Prices are as follows it will be $280 plus shipping for the cover and $20.00 more if you want the frame painted.
You can pay by check or credit card or paypal.
Below is pictures of what the frame and cover look like.
If I see alot of interest I will consider making custom lengths if you only want to cover half of the bed. This price is not only cheaper than most name brand covers. But my dad is giving you a big break on the price because we are all members of the nation. Compared to probably $350-$400 for a non-member and If these things sell I will consider making them for any truck you need.

Hey guys I know somebody on here already made a custom cover for there truck but my dad owns an awning company and business is slow. So I was thinking before I start making these covers lets see how many people are interested and ill start designing something. So all I need is the dimensions width and length from the top of the bed even with the side rails to wear the cover will sit flush with the bed. I have a crew cab short bed so all I need is for some one to give me the dimensions for a long bed regular or extended cab. Then I will start drawing something up. They will be available in any color vinyl fabric or a canvas and the frame will be welded aluminum I can make it folding or just one solid piece and it will only way about 20lbs.
