Is this the correct ring/pinion for the Colorado front axle? I'm swtiching to a 4.10 ratio and if you look at the 1st link, the breadcrumbs say "GM 7.5." I thought our front ends were 7.6.

The 2nd link gives a good exploded diagram, but I can't cross reference with either site what the correct master bearing kit is.

Anyone got confirmed OEM part numbers for the front R&P and master bearing kit?
I plan on having a shop do the front. My bro and I will be swapping out the whole rear with a junkyard unit.

And, what is a reasonable price for shop labor if I bring my own parts?

GM > GM 7.5 > R&P > AAM 12479240

That should be the correct part number for R & P. Go to the first post in this thread: http://www.355nation.net/forum/i4-i5-engine-drivetrain/17452-aam-axle-info.html and open the second Word document. At the bottom of the document is the master bearing kit part number for reference.

Thanks. According to that and this, the part number for the master bearing kit is 74067006. But, drivetrainspecialists.com doesn't list any part with that number.
