Are the headlight assemblies on the xtreme mounted different then a base model, if I were to buy aftermarket or oem assemblies would they fit the xtreme , I’ve seen contradicting statements online

The mounting is the same. The xtreme just have the chrome housings. I have the xtreme chrome housings on my WT truck, no issues either way.
