I just wanted to stop by and say hi to all the guys and gals here. I've been browsing the forums for a couple months now and finally gave in and made an account here.
I've got a 2008 colorado 3.7l nothing special, had to trade in my 2012 camaro ss/rs for the truck. I miss my car but I've grown to enjoy the new wheels (got married to a woman with a kid so car had to go). It did suck going from a modified v8 to a i5 but I will admit these trucks have a lot of potential. I've got plans for it, well many ideas lol. I'm debating if I want to go long travel core truck style, or if I want to bag it and drop a vette 427 with a 6 speed in it. Both are equally expensive and will take a lot of fab work but nothing I'm scared to do. Just can't afford it at the moment.
I'm new in the louisville ky area, got out of the military in FEB 2013 and before that I met my wife whose from here so I'm making new roots in the area. I'm down for helping out even if it's just to get out of the house and have some beers lol. I've got a lot of experiance working on cars and fabricating from scratch.
I've seen a few posts on here for easy modifications that I'll be doing myself so of course I'll be putting up my info and hopefully adding in some of my own things.
