I have tried changing spark plugs, checked air filter, checked that the fuel pump is working(i can hear it turning on), checked that i have fuel pressure, cleaned the manifold and changed the fuel pump relay, and also put seafoam in. Still wont stay running, it cranks and start for like 2 seconds and dies. Please help!

2007, 110,000 miles, everything else stock except for what i noted above plus my battery, brakes...didnt really have any problems, just one day it wouldnt run. I did get it to run for about 30-45 min with no problems after i put seafoam in the tank...thought that solved the problem but the next day it wouldn't run again.
Your symptoms are not related to this, are they?

Guess I'll ask the obvious questions. Is your passlock light flashing when you try to start it?
How are you testing fuel pressure? Just hearing the fuel pump kick on, doesn't necessarily mean that fuel is getting to the cylinder.
Is the truck a daily driver? or something that has sat for a while and now you are trying to start it up?
I'd also add, check the relays for fuel pump, ignition etc.
