Ok heres the deal. I just bought this truck, its an 04 5cly 76k. I bought it knowing it had the rough idle, but when I looked at it I saw the dirty TB and figured that was the problem. Cell phone pic of dirty TB.

I cleaned that out and the idle got better, but it was still rougher than it should be. One thing I want to do again when I get a chance is Im assuming that small hole on bottom of TB is for the idle? I did spray soem cleaner in there but I didnt have a pipe cleaner or anything small so that I could scrub it down some. I changed the sparkplugs, air filter, seafoamed it, cleaned maf and I have a fuel filter that I havent put on yet. Just did some basic maitience. I also replaced the exhaust camshaft solinoid because it was seeping and the plug had oil in it. The idle is better than when I bought it, but it is still rough once it warms up and lowers to around 600. Anything off idle is smooth and even the cold idle is fine, but once the rpms come down it gets a lil rough. There is no dummy lights and Im trying to think of something else that could cause this. Is there something else I should be looking at?
