Smoke on start after longer drives

Hello all, I have an 06 5 cylinder that I’ve owned since I bought it new. I started having oil burning issues a couple of years ago and I’ve tried all the easy things the last few years until last week I finally was able to remove the valve cover and clean out the pcv valve baffle and replace the valve cover gasket. I was praying this would solve my oil burning but I just went on a hour drive for this first time since I changed it last week and sure enough a decent amount of smoke on the start up. I did a compression test last week when I was removing everything and got decently consistent numbers around 195 psi. Does anyone have any other experiences of what could be the issue? Valve spring seals maybe?
