so i was out doing some running around and i got in my truck and started it, it did the usual chime 3 times to let me know to put my seatbelt on, then it chimed 5 times fast. later i shut the truck off, and it chimed 5 times fast again, then i got out, closed the door, and locked it, and it chimed again. when i went back to the truck, i unlocked it and it chimed again, and kept doing it at these times. i checked my headlights, there are no lights on in the guages. anyone experience this before?

mine has done that a few times and it will do it for a couple of days then it stops. im sure it will do it again soon. but no message shows up on the gauges.
mine would just continuously go off without stopping. what i would do is just disconnect the battery
my schoshe caused the ABS module to loose class 2 data from the BCM and I also was unable to pull any codes with the POS installed! I am currently looking for an alternative chime modual
yeah if all it does is make door chimes, than I may just leave the SOB out of there, but than I would have to run a direct wire from the fuse box for RAP right?
Something like this happened to my buddy, It could be a bad relay or what my buddy did is he un hooked the power to the battery for 30 seconds then hooked it back up and everything was fine. Electronic stuff does weird things
After installing an aftermarket radio and the aftermarket chime modual mine is acting backwards. Normally if you lock the doors with one or both doors open you get the doot doot doot sound. For some reason now mine does that everytime I unlock the car instead. if really anoyying and i have no idea why its backwards now... and the doors are perfeclty shut. damn its annoying!
