Call me crazy, but if they were mine, I'd take them to be professionally polished with a nice argent colored side and base of the spokes... Like these.

And oh, look. Chevy makes a centercap that's preeeeetty close to the same, in 6 lug.

Yeah, would say something to cover our hubs up and that be it along with some black lugs for whatever color chosen. Would be nice.
