No gasket. At least wasn't on mine.

Never had to change mine. It stays in a little groove when you take the tb off. As long as you don't stab/cut it with anything it should be fine.

No changing unless it is broke. Don't over tighten it on the restall.

 

If it isn't too late-

No gasket, just the o-ring as mentioned above. You can remove it and clean it down too, just wipe it down. But when you install, I'd suggest tightening it down in a criss-cross pattern or so. Tightening it down in 2-3 steps will help ensure it's seated squarely and evenly. And it doesn't take much, so don't over torque it. A 1/4" drive socket will be your friend.

 

I saw on here 89 in lb torque for TB bolts...my truck is a 09, is that correct??

 

like ripp said Don't over tighten. INCH POUNDS NOT foot pounds. yes 2007 and later models is 89 in-lbs. you need a small torque wrench that does inch pounds though
