So maybe this Sunday I will be taking a drive over to Marble Falls to check some ish out.

Kat - is there anything I need to do with the Hotels/Motels while im there?

Also I will check the road condition from the highway to the park to make sure them low guys can get down by the water without a problem.

why am i just now seeing this???? oh man im behind. lol im gonna call again in the morning since i dont have to be to work until 1. and i start vacation wednesday. so i should have at least that day to get something going.

if anyone wants to call them again as well thats great.

i will be out of touch with technology for a week. im leaving for our deer lease for a much needed vacation on thursday morning and worse case scenario i will be back friday the 8th of november.

i will have cell service occasionally if i head into town or if im lucky and holding my head in the right direction...

Well Ill be making a mini Saturday morning cruise to Marble Falls to take a few pics and potentially stop in at the La Quinta and see what the deal is. Also should I see if we could maybe get teh deck area at the Chili's over the river for a night? We could do the raffle and such from there.

 

Sorry I haven't been online much, mom has been in ICU all week, as soon as I'm back on the grind I will report in

Im going hiking way out by El Paso this weekend then I can help get things going as well still have failed to get out there for photos and such.

laquinta still hasnt called me back yet i also called the motel 6. 78 a night for 2 adults 3 dollars a person if 2 more wanted to bunk together. she is trying to work out a better deal but hasnt called me back yet. i went silent on the phone when she said 105 a night.

 

Motel 6. Would be 60.99 a night for 1 Person 66.99 for 2 people.

Had a little 2.5 hr drive out to DS this afternoon. Here's what I got.

This first is a shot from in Johnson park. There are 2 pavilions and bathrooms paved parking low low accessible there is also a boat ramp. The second is the motel 6 it's at the left end of the 3 pics culdisac and it's super new. There is a long john silver / ?? At the road end of the cudisac and Walmart is about a mile towards town. It is 2 miles from the park and 10 from the adventure park. Umm yeah that about it.

It's not really a deposit. It's just a card to hold the place wouldn't be charged until the day of and only for one room if the booking is filled.
