We all know how difficult it can be to locate the correct OEM fog lamp bulbs for a Colorado. A few months ago my first one burned out and I was lucky enough to find a local (non-chain) auto parts store that ordered me one and only charged me $8.95 + tax (retail is $24.72).
Now bulb number 2 has expired.......but I am considering buying a pair of yellow bulbs for the fogs. I have had fog/driving lamps on many of my vehicles over the years and like the amber tint in bad weather both for driving and for others to see me coming.
Has anybody installed yellow bulbs in their OEM fog lamp housings???? and if so what bulbs did you use?? Or do you have better recommendations. (Note: I have not upgraded headlamps yet....but plan to eventually, not sure to what.) Thanks for your opinions.
