2017 L83 5.3L swap info

I can pick up a L83 with ~22K miles on it. It's mated up to the 8 speed auto. Comes with all the goodies including the cat converters.

Would this be somehting that the CP mounts and Engine harness can support?

That is a gen 5 direct injection engine that will require a high pressure fuel pump among other things. I don't know if it will work. You would need to contact CP for the best answer. Also getting the 8 speed to fit will be a chore I think.


Gen 4 LS engines are the easiest
