I've got 32x11.50x15 on my stock wheels and I have a 2" tb crank and 2 " shackles. You could possibly get away with only a 1" tb/shackle but I would do 2" just to give the extra bit of room.

I've got 32x10.5/11/00ish(metric retreads) on my 09 z85 with just the readylift kit... With just rubbing on my sway bar at almost full lock. I have a 3in pa body lift waiting for me to put it on. Just threw them on to see if it would happen and suprise suprise they fit. ps: thats with 17in rims with +25 offset

I have a stock z85 running 31.7 bfg ko's with no rubbing or issues at all (silver truck) my sons truck (red) ran the 2.25 front coil spacer lift with home made shackles and ran 32 motometals, the 32's were wider and a different offset on the rim. We had to trim front valence, cab mounts and still rubbed frame at full lock.

go with a 2.5" coil spacer lift and youll be fine. Just make sure if you are usgin stock wheels you may want or need a small spacer to decrease backsapceing
