I have never owned a diesel before and was just wondering what Colorado most people here would prefer when the new ones come out, diesel or gas? Would a diesel be worth it for the extra few thousand or whatever it is that it will cost? Also, as far as routine maintenance goes, what do you have to do to maintain a diesel? Is it harder or easier to work on diesels vs gas? Just kind of wondering what the pros and cons to a diesel would be if I decide to go with it in the future. Thanks.

Before you own one, you should do your research. They are quite a bit different than a gasoline engine. As for me, I've always been a fan of diesel engines. If I buy a new Colly/Canyon, it will most likely have the baby max.
Here's an interesting read over at pickups.com regarding gas vs diesel. The noise and stink of a diesel turns me off.

Lol for what my lifestyle holds the V6 is ideal for me. I probably don't even need that big of a motor but I want to have a vehicle with over 300hp again lol.
