I finally got my flex-a-lite 180 put on a couple of days ago, so here are the pics. I finished puting loom on the wires and cleaning it up a little and hooking up the ac wire. Over all a great mod, I really feel my mid range to top end kick and its easier on the thottle when driving around. It costs me $250 shipped and brand new on ebay its only missing the dial on the thermostat control. It did take me a while to get the clutch fan bolt off, I highly recommend everyone rent the clutch fan removal wrenches from autozone. Once I rented the wrenches it was so easy and took less then 5 mins. That old saying (the right tool for the right job) really comes into play with this mod, like a right angle drill and short drill bits for the mounting brackets. I think it took me like 5-6 hrs total by well worth it.

Mine only lasted about 100k- watch for it not being able to keep up with the heat generated. It ran, but not fast enough to cool. Motor wore out.

Dumped it for a spare set of 98-02 LS1 dual fans I had. Wished I'd of used those to begin with- basically bolt in. Major upgrade over the 180 IMHO.
