How do you mount a Roof mount light bar?

I'm ordering a light bar as soon as the income tax returns, and have searched here and youtube for a good "how to" vid on mounting a roof mount light bar.

I plan on making my own mounts. or actually having a friend with a plasma cutter make them.

I plan on going through the rubber strips on top, using a bolt with a washer and a rubber gasket or something, maybe covering the bolt with window weld (polyurethane). not sure how to remove the headliner, anybody got any links? vids? advise? thanks

..remove the oh shit handles..visors.. Maybe 4 push pins.. And then the rubber around the top of the door to headliner

any suggestions on how to do the actual mounting? what to use? do you just remove the headliner, drill some holes, and use some bolts with rubber washers? I plan on going through the rubber strips on top, do I just drill through that too? we need a "how to" on this, I have my light bar on order, should be here in about 3 weeks. maybe I will do one.
