i think the truck pans work just fine if i remeber correctly from the research i was doing. but im sure some one who has done the swap can give u a solid answer
My 6.0 pan hangs about two inches lower than my engine cradle. Would definitley have to swap it if I were lowered. I have seen conversion pans specific to LSX swaps in a colorado on ebay for about $200 that bring the pan higher.
Well if memory serves me right, I know Joe's motor was out of a Silvy too; and I do not remember him saying a thing about replacing his. Hes also lowered some too.
